Community Guidelines

Welcome to Naypp!

These Community Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines") govern your use of Naypp and contain information about the standards of behavior within the Naypp Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). By creating a Naypp account or using Naypp, you accept these Guidelines, which form part of the Terms of Use.

The Naypp Service is a single product provided to you by Naypp SRL. Therefore, these Guidelines represent an agreement between you and Naypp SRL on how to keep our community respectful and safe.

Briefly

We want Naypp to remain a unique and safe platform where compatriots and travelers can connect, share experiences, and feel at home anywhere. Help us foster this community. Post only your own photos, videos, and stories. Respect others on Naypp, avoid spam, and do not post sexually explicit or harmful content.

Detailed

A diverse community

Naypp reflects our global community of compatriots living at home and abroad, representing different cultures, ages, and beliefs. We have carefully considered how to create a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.

By using Naypp, you agree to follow these Guidelines, along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Violating the rules may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent restrictions.

In rare cases, we may allow content that would normally be removed if it is newsworthy or in the public interest, and if its value outweighs potential harm. We make such decisions in line with international human rights principles.

Share only authentic content

The content you post on Naypp belongs to you. Post only original content you created or have rights to share. Do not upload copied or unlicensed material from the internet. Respect intellectual property rights.

Post content suitable for all audiences

While Naypp values creativity and expression, sexually explicit images are not allowed. Prohibited content includes sexual acts, genitalia, close-ups of fully exposed buttocks, and female nipples — except in contexts such as breastfeeding, childbirth, postpartum recovery, medical or health-related issues (e.g., mastectomy, breast cancer awareness, gender affirmation), or acts of protest.

Nudity in art forms like painting and sculpture is permitted.

For children’s safety, we may remove photos of minors that show full or partial nudity, even if posted with good intentions.

Foster meaningful and genuine interactions

We want Naypp to be a place of genuine communication, not manipulation.

- Do not artificially inflate likes, followers, or shares.

- Do not post repetitive comments or spam others with unwanted offers.

- Do not pay or promise benefits in exchange for likes, subscriptions, or comments.

- Do not buy or sell fake reviews, ratings, or engagement.

While you do not need to use your real name on Naypp, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Do not impersonate others or create fake accounts to deceive or mislead.

Follow the law

Naypp is not a place for illegal activities. This includes:

- glorifying or supporting terrorism, organized crime, or hate groups;

- offering sexual services;

- buying or selling firearms, alcohol, or tobacco between private individuals;

- dealing prescription or controlled substances outside of legal medical use;

- coordinating, promoting, or admitting to illegal drug use (unless for recovery or awareness).

The private sale of live animals is prohibited, though registered businesses may advertise in compliance with local laws. Poaching and trade in endangered species are strictly forbidden.

Any legally regulated goods or services must comply with the applicable law. Accounts promoting online gambling, lotteries, or games of chance require prior written approval from Naypp.

Threatening to share intimate images without consent or posting sexual content involving minors will result in immediate and permanent removal.

Respect fellow community members

Naypp connects people worldwide, and respect is at the heart of our community.

- Do not post threats, targeted harassment, or personal data intended for blackmail.

- Do not demean or insult specific individuals.

- Avoid unwanted repetitive messages.

Critical discussion of public figures is allowed, but attacks on private individuals are not.

It is unacceptable to incite violence or hate against anyone based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, health conditions, or disability. Hostile language may be permitted only if used to raise awareness or combat discrimination, and intentions must be clear.

Serious threats to safety (violence, robbery, vandalism, or financial harm) are prohibited. Complaints will be reviewed carefully with consideration of context and credibility.

Promote well-being, not harm

Naypp often brings together people facing challenges such as eating disorders or self-harm, and we want the platform to be supportive.

- Content that encourages self-harm or suicide is removed.

- Harassing or mocking individuals dealing with such issues is prohibited.

- Educational and supportive discussions are permitted, provided they are respectful.

We provide resources and links to support organizations in the Help Center.

Be mindful when sharing content about crises or violence

Naypp is used to share important events, including crises and protests. However:

- Graphic or violent content may be removed to protect all users, especially minors.

- Content shared to condemn, inform, or educate should include a warning.

- Sadistic or glorifying depictions of violence are not permitted.

Help us protect the community

Every user helps keep Naypp safe. Use the in-app reporting tools to flag violations. Our moderation team reviews reports promptly (generally within 24 hours) and takes action where necessary.

If you encounter content you dislike but that does not violate these Guidelines, you can unfollow or block the user. If you dislike a comment on your post, you can delete it.

Disputes should first be resolved directly, but if someone posts your content without permission, you can use our copyright or trademark report tools. Avoid escalating conflicts publicly in ways that may be considered harassment.

We may contact law enforcement when we believe there is a risk of harm or threat to public safety.

Closing note

Thank you for being part of Naypp and helping to build a respectful and inspiring community of compatriots and friends worldwide.
