Community Guidelines

Welcome to Naypp!

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern your use of Naypp (unless it is expressly stated that separate terms apply) and contain information about the Naypp Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), as outlined below. By creating a Naypp account or using Naypp, you accept these terms.

The Naypp Service is a single product provided to you by Naypp SRL. Therefore, these Terms of Use constitute an agreement between you and Naypp SRL.

Briefly

We want Naypp to remain a unique and safe platform where people can find inspiration and express themselves. Help us foster such a community. Post only your own photos and videos, and do not break the law. Respect everyone on Naypp, do not send spam, and do not post nude images.

Detailed

Naypp reflects our diverse community, consisting of people from various cultures, ages, and beliefs. We have carefully considered how to create a safe and open environment for everyone.
We have created the Community Guidelines to help you support and protect this amazing platform. By using Naypp, you agree to these guidelines and our Terms of Service. We are committed to

upholding these guidelines and hope you share our commitment. Violating these rules may result in the removal of content, account suspension, or other restrictions.
In some cases, we allow content that does not adhere to the Community Guidelines if it is newsworthy and in the public interest. In such situations, we weigh the value of the content for the public against the risk of harm, making decisions with consideration of international human rights standards.

Only post photos or videos that you have created yourself or have the right to share.
As always, the content you post on Naypp belongs to you. Remember to post only authentic material. Do not share copied or found content from the internet unless you have the rights to do so. Learn more about intellectual property rights.

Post photos and videos suitable for a diverse audience.

We understand that people sometimes want to share images of nudity for creative or artistic reasons, but there are several reasons why such images are prohibited on Naypp. Prohibited content includes photos, videos, and some digital materials depicting sexual acts, genitalia, fully exposed buttocks in close-up, and female nipples, except in contexts such as breastfeeding, childbirth, postpartum moments, health-related situations (e.g., recovery from mastectomy, breast cancer prevention, or gender reassignment surgery), or acts of protest. Images of nudity in painting and sculpture are also permitted.
People often like to post photos and videos of their children. For safety reasons, we may remove photos showing fully or partially naked children. Even if these materials are posted with good intentions, we cannot predict how they might be used by others. For more information, see the Parents' Tips page.

Foster meaningful and authentic interactions.

Help us combat spam. Do not use mechanisms to artificially gain likes, increase followers, or reposts. Avoid posting repetitive comments or materials, and do not contact people multiple times with commercial offers without their consent. Do not offer users money or participation in giveaways in exchange for likes, subscriptions, comments, or other actions. Do not post content that promotes, encourages, or facilitates the solicitation of offers, or the buying or selling of fake or misleading reviews or ratings.

You are not required to use your real name on Naypp; however, we require users to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Do not impersonate others or create accounts to violate our guidelines or mislead others.

Follow the law.

Naypp is not a place for supporting or glorifying terrorist activities, organized crime, or hate groups. It is also prohibited to offer sexual services, buy or sell firearms, alcohol, and tobacco between private individuals, as well as to buy or sell prescription drugs or controlled substances for non-medical use. Additionally, we remove content related to the exchange, coordination, donation, or request of controlled substances for non-medical use, as well as content that coordinates or promotes the use of controlled substances or contains admissions of personal use (except in cases related to rehabilitation).

The buying and selling of live animals by private individuals is also prohibited on Naypp, though regular businesses may post such ads. Poaching and the sale of endangered species or parts of their bodies are strictly forbidden.

When offering to buy or sell other legally regulated goods, always ensure compliance with the law. Accounts promoting online gambling, real-money online games, or online lotteries must obtain our prior written consent before using our products.

We consider it unacceptable to threaten to post intimate photos of others or to share sexual content involving minors.

Respect other members of the Naypp community.

We aim to build a diverse community with a friendly attitude towards one another. We remove content that includes real threats or hostile statements, material intended to demean or insult specific individuals, personal information intended to blackmail or attack someone, as well as repetitive unwanted messages. Generally, we allow critical discussion of people who are in the news or have a large fan following due to their profession or activities.

It is unacceptable to incite violence or attacks against individuals based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, health conditions, or disability. We may allow hostile statements if they are used to highlight or combat such phenomena. In these cases, we ask that your intentions be clearly expressed.

Serious threats to public and personal safety are prohibited. This includes specific threats of physical harm, robbery, vandalism, or other financial damage. We carefully review complaints and weigh multiple factors to assess the reality of the threat.

Maintain a comfortable atmosphere in the community and do not promote self-harm.
People in the Naypp community care for each other. Naypp often becomes a place where individuals dealing with issues such as eating disorders, self-harm, or other forms of self-injury can come together to share their experiences or receive support. We contribute to this cause by providing helpful information within the app and updating the Help Center so people can access the support they need.

Encouraging or urging individuals to self-harm contradicts the values of our community, so we remove such posts or accounts if we receive reports about them. We also remove content that identifies individuals who self-harm if such content is intended for harassment or mockery.

Be cautious when posting information about significant events.

We understand that many use Naypp to share important and worthy events, some of which may include material depicting scenes of violence. As Naypp is used by people of all ages, we may remove videos with graphic scenes of violence to ensure the platform remains appropriate for everyone.

We recognize that people often share such content to condemn or educate about these issues. If you are posting content for these reasons, we recommend including a warning about the depiction of violence. Posting images for sadistic pleasure or to glorify violence is prohibited.

Help us strengthen our community.

Each of us is an important part of the Naypp community. If you come across content that you believe violates our guidelines, please help us by using the built-in reporting feature. Our international team reviews such reports and works to remove content that does not adhere to our guidelines as quickly as possible. Even if you or your acquaintances do not have an Naypp account, you can still submit a report. Try to provide as much information as possible, such as links, usernames, and descriptions of the content, so we can locate and review your report promptly. We may remove posts in their entirety if the images or captions violate our Guidelines.

You may come across content that you dislike but does not violate our Community Guidelines. In such cases, you can unfollow the person who posted it or block them. If you dislike a comment on one of your posts, you can delete it.

In many cases, community members can resolve disputes and disagreements on their own. If someone has posted your photo or video, try leaving a comment on the post requesting its removal. If this doesn’t help, you can submit a copyright infringement report. If you believe someone is violating your trademark rights, file a corresponding complaint. Avoid targeting the individual by posting screenshots or drawing attention to the situation, as this could be considered harassment.

We may contact law enforcement if we believe there is a risk of physical harm or a threat to public safety.

To learn more about this, please visit our Help Center and review our Terms of Service.

Thank you for helping to create one of the best communities in the world!
